全程导师制下的高职人才培养模式探索与实践——以武汉职业技术学院生物工程学院为例

高职院校实施"全程导师制"既是对传统"班建制"教育模式的有效补充,更是倡导个性教育,实现教学相长,真正贯彻"以人为本"教育理念和提高教育教学质量的有效措施。文章结合武汉职业技术学院生物工程学院试点的具体情况,分析了导师制的基本内涵、高职实施导师制的必要性,构建了"全程导师制"实施方案,以期推动该制度尽快建立,促进学生综合素质的培养,增强学生就业能力。     

Creative Cities,Graffiti and Culture-Led Development in South Africa: Dlala Indima (‘Play Your Part’)

Creative cities and culture-led development discourses have come under increasing scrutiny as elite-centric economic development agendas tend to trump ‘civic creativity’ ideals as imagined by Charles Landry. In South Africa, culture-led development and cultural policy tends to primarily mimic that of the global North, largely focusing on culture as a catalyst for economic and property development. Public art commissioning processes tend to focus on decorative projects as part of urban upgrading, which are often associated with ensuing gentrification and displacement of the urban poor. In contrast to focusing on these kinds of regeneration strategies, this article investigates Dlala Indima, a hip-hop-led graffiti project in a rural township in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. This article situates graffiti as a critical social and spatial practice to argue that this case challenges normative cultural planning paradigms. Dlala Indima's work is an alternative approach to cultural development by and for young people who are usually marginalized by the mainstream practice of culture-led economic development. The project challenges dominant creative cities and culture-led development discourses in three ways: first, it challenges the normative processes of regeneration; secondly, it grounds participatory practice; and finally, it shifts participation from ‘tyranny to transformation’ through the ubuntu of hip-hop, the notion of ubuntu being based on the communitarian notion of ‘ubuntu, ngubuntu ngabantu’—‘I am because you are’.

本文总结梳理了“两网融合”复合型贸易经济专业人才培养的现状和新的要求,分析了“两网融合”复合型贸易经济专业人才培养的发展方向。从建立教学和科研复合型教学团队模式、信息化平台和实验室“多媒介”培养模式、“两网融合”平台全流程内部审计型人才培养模式、“课程思政+专业技能”结合教学模式等四个方面总结模式创新的基本途径。     

基于创意旅游的游客行为意向影响机制研究

创意旅游作为可持续旅游的实现形式之一,受到学界广泛关注,然而,对创意旅游中旅游者的研究却很少。本文在梳理相关文献的基础上,从旅游者视角出发,对西塘纽扣博物馆10名旅游者进行深度访谈,以及北京凝蓝珐琅工作室部分APP游客评论,运用扎根理论研究范式,提炼出18个初始范畴、6个主范畴、1个核心范畴,并据此构建旅游者行为意向模型。结果表明:游客在创意旅游过程中,通过与创意产品、创意空间以及创意人群的互动,满足个人基本需求、社会需求和知识需求,进而影响到行为意向。     

昆曲艺术创意推广研究

作为首批被列入“人类口头与非物质遗产代表作”的昆曲，在21世纪初又一次焕发出青春活力，受到国内外各界广泛观注。如何保护和推广昆曲这份瑰丽的遗产并使之回归到大众的生活中，是非物质文化遗产保护的重大课题之一。以昆曲艺术的文化内涵和社会使命为出发点，探讨如何以提升人们的欣赏水平、审美趣味、生活品质为目标，通过传统与现代的融合来推广昆曲。     

我国未来几年技能型紧缺人才状况与趋势分析

通过我国目前技能型紧缺人才的现状分析,对未来几年技能型紧缺人才的状况与演变趋势加以研究和讨论,进一步提出我国的技能型人才的短缺已成为制约我国经济发展的瓶颈。     

技能型紧缺人才培养现状及对策研究

基于技能型紧缺人才培养,本文先分析了技能型紧缺人才的内涵和人才队伍的现状,接着分析了目前高职院校技能型紧缺人才培养现状和存在问题,最后提出了相应的对策和建议。     

“互联网+”背景下文化创意乡村旅游产业发展及升级对策研究

贵州省乡村旅游产业出现于2000年左右,2004～ 2007年发展迅速,但随之互联网在我国的普及,在互联网经济影响下,贵州省文化创意乡村旅游业的产值增速出现了明显的下滑.为了能够促进贵州省文化创意乡村旅游产业在“互联网+”时代背景下稳步提升,文章对贵州省文化创意乡村旅游产业发展现状进行了阐述和分析,发现了贵州省在文化创意乡村旅游产业发展方面存在文化创新速度慢、产业模式落后等问题,该文进一步探讨了导致其近年来发展速度明显减慢的主要原因,并对“互联网+”时代背景所带来的发展机遇与产业升级策略进行了阐述,结合贵州省文化创意乡村旅游产业的发展实际,提出了通过运营、销售模式的网络化改造,以促进文化创意乡村旅游产业新发展,着力打造贵州省经济增长新亮点.     

Framing the usefulness of eHRM in talent management: A case study of talent identification in a professional services firm

As talent management evolves from intuitive to evidence‐based decision‐making, the role of electronic Human Resource Management (eHRM) to gather, distribute, and analyze data becomes more critical. However, surprisingly few academic studies investigate the role of technology in talent management. Drawing on a qualitative case study of talent management in a large professional services firm, this paper critically examines how eHRM information technologies are framed as useful within talent identification discourses. The findings reveal two distinct but interrelated sets of processes employed to identify talent and suggest that the perceived usefulness and centrality of eHRM are influenced by how stakeholders shape their understanding of effective talent management.
